Web Hosting Service Agreement

This agreement is between APCRWEB and "customer". Hosting your site with APCRWEB shall constitute an acceptance of the Web Hosting Service Agreement, thereby creating a binding contract between APCRWEB and customer pursuant to the terms set forth herein.

Customer Definition
Customer is a general term that may also be referred to as APCRWEB web hosting customer, you, your APCRWEB hosted website, your company, APCRWEB community member, and/or your website which currently pays for APCRWEB web hosting services.

Service Description
APCRWEB provides website hosting. Other optional web services  including domain management, consulting, site design, digital photography, digital video production, site promotion and  project management  are charge separately .

Privacy
APCRWEB will not share your contact information. All correspondence will be on an individualized basis unless otherwise agreed. APCRWEB may list your company's website URL, organization name and mission/company description in various sections of the APCRWEB website for the purpose of promoting your business and the APCRWEB community. You may choose to not have any links from the APCRWEB website and APCRWEB may choose to not link to your site.

Conditions
This contract does not extend to any other person or entity. You are responsible for the backup of all data that is on the APCRWEB server unless otherwise agreed. You acknowledge that APCRWEB makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever, express or implied. As a result, you agree that APCRWEB shall not be liable for any claims or damages which may be suffered by you, including, but not limited to, losses or damages resulting from the loss of data as the result of delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions. In the event of service interruption, APCRWEB will reimburse and/or credit customer for any pre-paid hosting services in prorated daily increments.

Cancellation
Customer may cancel web services at anytime unless otherwise agreed in documented text. Customers who cancel and have pre-paid will receive a prorated refund. Customers who cancel and haven't yet paid for the current month must pay the appropriate prorated amount. APCRWEB reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone for any reason at any time to insure a professional and ethical environment for sites hosted with APCRWEB. In the event of APCRWEB cancellation of services, customer is responsible for backing up the website's data before the cancellation's  date.

Default of Payment
Any host account that hasn't sent payment within 10 days after invoice has been sent out by APCRWEB is subject to pause/cancellation of services. APCRWEB will make reasonable attempts to avoid pause/cancellation of services. APCRWEB will charge an additional 5.00 per day from due date to all past due accounts. APCRWEB is not responsible or liable in any way for any APCRWEB hosted site which is in default of payment.
